Hey Rob! Well said sir, totally agree. The market’s skewed in favour of big tech and getting skewier all the time, but I think those wasps are still emerging everywhere and I’d like to think it’s driving people away. Even a small number of users opens leaving the major platforms feeds the opportunities for better quality or friendlier options - Bluesky is a good example I think - to grow. The more you tighten your grip, and all that.
Got to say, every new XR goggles announcement (and there are so many for this year) has been great, it keeps me optimistic that there will be decent places where we might choose to go swim in XR’s future.
