Well, I’m convinced to dive into the demo. The PSVR 1’s Shark Attack game — more of a ride, really, as you didn’t do anything but stand there scared — was a terrifying fave back in the day so a more serene underwater experience sounds appealing!

Ooh yes - I actually helped out on all the titles on that PlayStation VR Worlds package, and 'Ocean Descent' was definitely a favourite for me (equal with London Heist I'd say)! Really good fun to demo to people too, I must have run that demo a few hundred times easily and the reactions never stopped being entertaining! One time we demo'd it to Steven Spielberg (!) and he loved it, said it was the most immersive thing he'd ever experienced. Subside does have a shark cage section which is still neat, but it's a lot less theatrical than the PSVR one. But at least now you can get out of the cage!

Solid work on Ocean Descent, that was the one I'd always get people to play first as well. Always guaranteed a good laugh! I can see how it would have been right up Spielberg's alley. hah!

Yeah coming from Mister Bruce Jaws himself it was a fantastic complement, the team were all justifiably chuffed to bits about it!

I can imagine! Those experiences are always entertaining, not only to the poor player who is just accidentally part of the Truman Show. the best and most hilarious reaction I have seen when someone played Bullet Train with the CV1 in a room with 2 oculus staff trying to catch him and drag him back to the designated spot! Oh man, I need to find that recoding. It was such a show! London Heist had also some good moments when shown the first time at the E3! all this lost VR Anecdotes will be part of my book as well.
